A tantalising concoction of fresh melon, floral lavender and zingy lemon, blended with our After Dinner tea to create a sophisticated mocktail.

Cover the tea bags with 1 ½ cups of boiling water and brew in a covered container.

Strain after 30 minutes.

Cover and cool in the fridge for 2 hours.

When the tea is chilled, put in a blender and blend with the honeydew melon, lemon juice, honey and most of the lavender.

Pour into two glasses and sprinkle finely zested lemon and dried lavender on top to serve.
